Giulia Milan

Founder and Managing Partner

Giulia has dedicated over 15 years to business valuations and has acquired experience in corporate finance, with particular attention to valuations. She puts her multidisciplinary skills to use when working with specialists on corporate, tax and accounting issues.

She has prepared dozens of fairness opinions in international and multi-business contexts, developing specific expertise in the field of business crisis and insolvency proceedings, with a focus also on intangible assets (brands, know-how, patents, and others). Giulia has taken part in a number of projects in the field of reorganization of corporate ownership and groups’ businesses/assets, particularly business transfers and M&A operations, covering a range of industries. She has participated in technical consultations regarding civil and tax procedure, dealing with complex questions on value, profit and solvency issues. Previously she worked in Milan at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) in the Business Recovery Services team in the valuation and negotiation of non-performing loans. She started her career in Palladio Finanziaria working on public funding for companies.

Giulia holds a MSc in Business and Economics from the University of Padua. She is a Chartered Accountant (CPA) and Auditor. She lectures at business schools and advanced vocational training schools and holds positions of trust in small and large companies, including in the boards of directors or statutory auditors.
