Antonio Zotti
Antonio has been assisting entrepreneurs, managers and investors, both strategic and institutional, on corporate finance projects in Italy and abroad for over 20 years, in particular M&A, business planning, international development, capital raising (equity and debt), financing structuring and business valuations. He has also held ad-interim positions as CFO for companies addressing situations of international development and generational transition.
Antonio worked in Maxcor Financial Group in London as manager of the High Yield & Distressed desk, providing advisory services to leading international investment funds on the search and evaluation of investment opportunities in Italy. Previously, he worked in the Structured Finance and Acquisitions group of GE Capital Interbanca, assisting leading private equity funds and international merchant banks on major leveraged buy-outs (LBO) and privatizations. He worked in the Strategy Group of A.T. Kearney and started his career in a CPA firm, where he followed numerous projects involving business planning, business valuation and management control for enterprises in various industrial sectors.
Antonio holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. He earned an MBA from Duke University (The Fuqua School of Business) in North Carolina, USA. He is Adjunct Professor of M&A and Corporate Restructuring in the Master of Business Administration course at the University of Padua. He is part of the Scientific Committee of Fondazione Nord Est as head of the observatory on “Entrepreneurship and Finance”. He is a member of the World Economic Forum Expert Network and the Bretton Woods Committee.
